document.writeln("for the purposes of sharing or serving another website hosted on a separate account. At");

document.writeln("RAR, but not limited to these extensions) in each account must be part of an actual,");

document.writeln("in the immediate termination of your account. Any account found to be in violation of");
document.writeln("another's copyright will be expeditiously removed, or access to the material disabled. Any");
document.writeln("account found to be in repeated violation of copyright laws will be suspended and/or");

document.writeln("provided only for authorized customer use. All&nbsp; systems may be monitored for lawful");
document.writeln("purposes, including to ensure that use is authorized, for management of the system, to");
document.writeln("facilitate protection against unauthorized access, and to verify security procedures,");
document.writeln("survivability, and operational security. During monitoring, information may be examined,");
document.writeln("recorded, copied and used for authorized purposes. Use of these system(s) constitutes");
document.writeln("consent to monitoring for these purposes.<br>");

document.writeln("We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Any material that, in our judgment, is");
document.writeln("obscene, threatening, illegal, or violates our terms of service in any manner may be");

document.writeln("right to suspend the account until the start of the next allocation, suspend the account");
document.writeln("until more bandwidth is purchased at an additional fee, suspend the account until you");
document.writeln("upgrade to a higher level of package, terminate the account and/or charge you an");
document.writeln("additional fee for the overages. Unused transfer in one month cannot be carried over to");
document.writeln("the next month. </p>");

document.writeln("<p><strong><span style=\"background-color: rgb(224,224,224)\">9. 99.9\% UPTIME GUARANTEE</span></strong></p>");

document.writeln("<p>We guarantee that your shared / Reseller server will be up and running at least 99.9\%");
document.writeln("of the time during any 12 month period. This guarantee includes network uptime, server");
document.writeln("uptime, service uptime but this guarantee does not include scheduled downtime for");

document.writeln("<p>We cannot be held responsible for upstream problems outside of our network and areas");
document.writeln("where We have no direct influence, such as backbone provider failures, fiber optic main");
document.writeln("line cuts, DNS or Registrar problems with domain names, routing problems between clients");
document.writeln("location and our data center. The uptime guarantee is also not applicable if the service");
document.writeln("interruption was caused by any outside natural or unnatural events that We cannot directly");

document.writeln("Third party monitoring service reports may not be used for justification due to a variety");
document.writeln("of factors including the monitor's network capacity/transit availability. The uptime of");
document.writeln("the server is defined as the reported uptime from the operating system and the Apache Web");
document.writeln("Server which may differ from the uptime reported by other individual services. To request");
document.writeln("a credit, please SUBMIT A TICKET to Billing with justification. All requests must be made");
document.writeln("in writing via TICKET to Billing Department. </p>");

document.writeln("<p>Uptime guarantees only apply to shared / reseller solutions. Dedicated servers are");
document.writeln("covered by a network guarantee in which the credit is prorated for the amount of time the");
