document.writeln("relationship between our two parties. You will have no authority to make or accept any");

document.writeln("site or otherwise, that reasonably would contradict anything in this section. You agree to");
document.writeln("not represent yourself as our agent and we disclaim responsibility for your conduct that");

document.writeln("<p><b>Commissions</b>");

document.writeln("<li>You earn residual/monthly commissions on hosting accounts referred.<br>");

document.writeln("<li>Commissions are delayed for 60 days to prevent fraud.<br>");
document.writeln("&nbsp;&nbsp; </li>");
document.writeln("<li>You do not earn commissions on free trial accounts that do not sign up for permanent");
document.writeln("service.<br>");
document.writeln("&nbsp;&nbsp; </li>");
document.writeln("<li>You must be able to accept payment through PayPal to participate in our program.<br>");
document.writeln("&nbsp;&nbsp; </li>");
document.writeln("<li>There will be no commissions paid on cancelled accounts.<br>");
document.writeln("&nbsp;&nbsp; </li>");
document.writeln("<li>You may not earn a commission from sales to yourself or anyone in your organization.</li>");

document.writeln("<p><b>Payments</b>");

document.writeln("<li>There is a minimum payout amount of $50.<br>");

document.writeln("<li>We reserve the right to suspend a payment in the event of the suspicion of fraud and");

document.writeln("<p>Term of the Agreements.</strong></p>");

document.writeln("<p>The term of this Agreement will begin upon our acceptance of your Affiliate Program");
document.writeln("Application and will end when terminated by either party. Either you or we may terminate");
document.writeln("this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by giving the other party notice of");
document.writeln("termination. Notice by e-mail, to your e-mail address on our records, is considered");
document.writeln("sufficient notice for to terminate this Agreement. If this Agreement is terminated because");
document.writeln("you have violated the terms of this Agreement you are not eligible to receive any");
document.writeln("commissions payments, even for commissions earned prior to the date of termination. If");
document.writeln("this Agreement is terminated for any other reason, you are only eligible to earn a");
document.writeln("commission on sales occurring during the term of the Agreement, and commissions earned");
document.writeln("through the date of termination will remain payable only if the related orders are not");
document.writeln("canceled or returned. We reserve the right to withhold your final payment for a reasonable");
document.writeln("time to ensure that the correct amount is paid. </p>");

document.writeln("<p><b>Referrals &amp; Promotion</b>");
document.writeln("");
document.writeln("<ol>");
document.writeln("<li>You agree to not represent Us or any of our sites in a manner that is false.<br>");

document.writeln("<li>You agree to not represent yourself as an official representative of our company to any");
document.writeln("referrals and agree to represent yourself as an &quot;Affiliate&quot; at all times.<br>");

document.writeln("<li>You MAY NOT sign up for an account and refer yourself at any time. You may not earn");
document.writeln("commissions from your own hosting account. <br>");

document.writeln("<p>Modification.</strong></p>");

document.writeln("<p>We may modify any of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement, at any time");
document.writeln("and in our sole discretion. Notice of any change by e-mail, to your address on our");
document.writeln("records, or the posting on our site of a change notice of a new agreement, is considered");
document.writeln("sufficient notice for notifying you of a modification to the terms and conditions of this");
document.writeln("Agreement. Modifications may include, but are not limited to, changes in the scope of");
document.writeln("available commission fees, commission schedules, payment procedures, and Affiliate Program");
document.writeln("rules. All such modifications shall take effect 48 hours after we serve notice as provided");
document.writeln("above, unless we indicate otherwise. If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only");
document.writeln("recourse is to terminate this Agreement. Your continued participation in the Affiliate");
document.writeln("Program, following our posting of a change notice or new agreement on our site, will");
document.writeln("constitute binding acceptance of the change.</p>");

document.writeln("<p>Limitation of Liability</strong></p>");

document.writeln("<p>We will not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of");

document.writeln("Program, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. </p>");

document.writeln("<p>Binding Arbitration.</strong></p>");

document.writeln("<p>By participating in this affiliate program, you agree to binding arbitration for any");
document.writeln("disputes or claims that arise against Us or Our partners in conjunction with this program.");
document.writeln("An arbitration firm selected by Economy Reseller will be the sole and final arbitrator for any and all");
document.writeln("disputes or claims related or resulting from participation in this program. All decisions");
document.writeln("rendered are final. You also are responsible for any and all costs related to such");
document.writeln("arbitration.</p>");

document.writeln("<p><strong>SPAM &amp; Unsolicited Commercial Email</strong></p>");

document.writeln("<p>You may not promote our website(s) using SPAM. Spamming constitutes unsolicited mass");
document.writeln("e-mail solicitations, IRC postings and any other form of spamming, including but not");
document.writeln("limited to, newsgroups and posting to any site or service that prohibits advertisements.");
document.writeln("Any affiliate found to be using this method of promotion to promote our site(s) will be");
document.writeln("terminated immediately and will forfeit any commissions earned.</p>");

document.writeln("<p><b>Misc.</b>");

document.writeln("<li>You agree to not attempt to fraudulently obtain commissions in any manner.<br>");

document.writeln("not get any credit or there will be no affiliate tracking if the affiliate links are not");
document.writeln("proper. Affiliate understands that it is your sole obligation to make sure your linking or");
